1. Services Provided
Prime Cleaning Systems LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- We will make every effort to arrive on time, but arrival windows may vary due to traffic or prior appointments.
- Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on the size of the space, type of service, and condition of the property.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept approved payment methods discussed at booking.
Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments or no-shows may also incur a fee.
5. Access to Property
- The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If we are unable to access the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results:
- Please remove clutter and personal items before service
- Secure valuables and fragile items
- Inform us of any special instructions or sensitive areas
We are not responsible for damage due to unstable or improperly installed items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- Please notify us within 24 hours
- We will review and may offer a re-clean where appropriate
8. Damages & Liability
- We take great care while cleaning your property.
- Any damage or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured.
9. Health & Safety
- Our team reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or hazardous.
- This includes situations involving biohazards, pests, or unsafe working conditions.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Unsafe conditions
- Inappropriate behavior
- Non-payment
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
- Submit false or misleading information
